The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European regulation that governs the method of collecting, processing, storing, and protecting personal data of individuals and ensures greater transparency and control over their own data.

The company CODECO, computer and graphic services, d.o.o. (hereinafter: CODECO) collects and processes personal data of individuals in the course of providing its services.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as name and surname, address, email address, telephone number, company name, IP address, or other data on the basis of which an individual can be directly or indirectly identified.

CODECO processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been applied since May 25, 2018.

When processing personal data, CODECO ensures that:

• the processing of personal data is lawful, fair, and transparent;

• personal data is collected and processed exclusively for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes;

• the scope of personal data collected is limited to the minimum necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;

• personal data is accurate and, where necessary, updated;

• personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or in accordance with applicable law;

• appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data.

Individuals to whom the personal data relates have the right to, in accordance with the GDPR:

• access their personal data,

• correction or amendment of inaccurate data,

• deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten),

• restriction of processing,

• data portability,

• objection to the processing of personal data.
